Jeremy Forrester – Principal
As CTO and CIO at Yarris, Jeremy led the team that implemented the Victorian Government’s highly successful Legal Panel Gateway project for the procurement and management of external legal services. Implementation was across 30 government departments and 25 legal providers. The solution managed an annual legal spend exceeded $50 million. Jeremy’s experience includes large scale IT project management involving high volume legal claims, and critical field and of others managed services, including for clients such as Suncorp, RACW/RACQ and Telstra. An IT professional for over 15 years, he has held several senior positions with major infrastructure and service provider organisations, including IT Infrastructure Manager at Powerdirect and Project Manager at Transurban. Jeremy has extensive IT industry experience in project management, as well as expertise in broader IT solutions design and delivery.

John Bushby – Principal
John brings extensive legal domain experience to solutions formulation and solutions delivery. His consulting and implementation support is based on a deep knowledge of legal services management IT functionality, together with over 20 years of legal-sector experience, including 15 years of practice as a lawyer in first-tier law firms. With hybrid-sector knowledge and experience, he brings unique insight driven by strong problem-solving, analytical and investigative capabilities. He facilitates project communication between legal sector and IT sector professionals. John has particular knowledge of proprietary IT platforms that can control and manage legal spend, and has a special focus on key legal services management processes improvement.

Jason Ferris – Consultant & Project Manager
Jason is an experienced IT industry solutions architect and project manager. He also has a broad skills and experience in organisational analytics, needs and process analysis, project implementation, and organisational and stakeholder change management. He has particular expertise in online and web-based (SaaS) solutions. Jason was employed by the Victorian Government as a project leader on the design, development and implementation of its Legal Panel Gateway solution for the procurement and management of external legal services. He also has extensive experience with e-commerce solutions design and implementation, including online retail and wholesale distribution systems.
